Clausia Fze charged me £4.50 on bill, called Three who refunded me and gave me number to call, spoke with lady who had no idea what the £4.50 was for as she deals with subscriptions for 'hundreds of service providers' Complete scam.

Received a text on the 1st to say I'd been subscribed to 'Clausia' despite having no idea what it is and not knowingly subscribing to anything. Checked my bill and I had been charged £4.50 even though I have a cap on my account, I unsubscribed and called Three up. They said "they are a third party" and in spite of the cap we can still be charged by these fraudsters. Three took the charge off my bill but networks need to do more to protect their customers, it's incredibly easy for this to happen.

01183244336 - same as a couple of others on new year day; received the text stating the £4.50 weekly subscription charge. I have received a text confirming unsubscription and will now phone EE about this. It worries me that you can 'sign up' to services without any knowledge of doing so and money can be drawn from your account....

This is shocking. I didn't sign up to anything but for some reason they are able to take £4.50 from my account weekly then charge me when I tell them to stop. Disgusting.

Rang my mobile provider (3) as I received a text saying I'd subscribed to Clausia Fze for £4.50 a week. I hadn't. The first operator I spoke to rang them and wanted me to speak to them, giving them my details. I refused to as I said I thought it was a scam and asked to cancel my 3 account. They immediately unsubscribed me and 3 sorted the problem.

I had a text message come through on the 27/12/16. I rang my service provider ee and they were somewhat helpful. They told me to reply STOP to the number that came through on the text. They have given me a email address to write to asking for a refund. Ee have also put a block on my account to stop this happening again

So if you have a mobile phone the service providers are giving the scammers access to your bank account. Virgin knew clausia fze is a scam but still let them access my phone

Had same clausia fze text last night. Checked phone account and 4.50 taken. I phoned virgin who knew its a scam line. Told me to text the STOP number and keep the reply text on phone for a week. Virgin ssid they will refund me but as of a minute ago its stillnon my bill plus the 20p text to STOP. Ill ring virgin again today and try to let you know what happened. I dont go on dodgy sites or open any emails from people I do not recognise and I think if I can get scammed most people can.

Hi the same thing just happened to me same number from Claudia fze charging me £4.50 weekly, rang my network 3 mobile , they immediately refunded me,and told me to send stop message,they said it's not fraud I must of got it from I link from facebook and as my number was is listed on there, so I have now deleted my number off Fb.

Got two texts from a company called mcage in early hours of morning on the 15th of December: 'FreeMsg: Reminder. You are subscribed to Clausia for £4.50 per 1 week from Clausia Fze until you text STOP to 64055. HELP? 01183244333. I called vodafone to ask them what it is and to explain that i didn't subscribe to anything. I told them to block the texts and refund me but they said they couldn't (or won't more like). They said I have been charged 25p per text that was sent to me and they said they couldn't help as the company had billed me directly(?!), which doesn't make sense. I don't know if I have been charged £4.50 yet but by the sounds of things i will be, even though i didn't subscribe to this. It is clearly fraud. Any ideas on what to do to stop these villains?

this thing has been charging £4.50 every week in my phone bill..it sends me text as recipt saying thanks and was been charging me..i ignored it as i thought it was scam untill i reviewed my recent months bills...i hope i will get my full refund
