Claiming to be an insurance company called First Assist but the real First Assist is now called Cigma Insurance. Hang up.

I don't know they don't leave a message and I did not answer.

Not answered as do not recognise number from caller display - calls at least once a day.

This number phoned me saying he was from talk talk & there was a problem with my router. He said they were receiving error messages. He wanted me to access my computer. When I asked him to go through security questions (eg. postcode, email address, etc) he said he just wanted to discuss my password. When I offered him my bank details & asked how much money he waanted, he said i had gone mad & he hung up This nuumber called another time with the same conversation as above. When I offered my bank details, she told me to F*** Off & then hung up. Charming! I guess she was absent from the customer service skills course!!!

This was another so called "Talk-Talk Technician" After playing along for about 5 minutes, the man said he'd pass me over to the "Senior Supervisor of Talk-Talk". This bloke took me through the exact same process for a Windows Computer - and I purposely took ages to pretend to do what he was telling me. When I told him that I had a Mac. This annoyed him a lot and he then communicated with nothing but swearing, and constantly telling me to "shove my computer‚Äč in my hole" To summarise, it's just your average uneducated Talk-Talk Scammers trying to gain access to your PC

"Jake" from "Card Serve" (or something) wanted to speak to the business owner. He was still having a personal conversation as I answered the phone. He was abrupt and unprofessional. I told him so and hung up. Cheeky swine rang back, again not allowing me to complete my salutation. He wanted to know my name and I refused. I said he was lucky I hadn't quite caught the name of his company, and I was going to add that I would report him to his manager, but he interrupted with "Are you threatening me?". I couldn't reply as I was astounded by his rudeness. He then hung up.
